Titu7's ShutterflyI just updated the links section so it includes Janelle's blog, Nette's shutterfly and Titu7's shutterfly! Okay, the class shutterfly account is just for convenience, like a giant picture archive, so it's easier to find everything later on in the year. If you have pictures to add in, I'm going to send out another email with updates, passwords and stuff after the survey results are out! So, look out for it, or just grab me on MSN for the username and password. Thanks!
Yesterday's class outing was plain random, we ended up changing our plans os often that democracy hardly seem worth it in the end.
So originally, it was supposed to be this outdoor-sy East Coast Beach outing with us playing around in the first half of the afternoon. However, a huge number of people couldn't make it yesterday in the afternoon, so we cut our afternoon plans and asked everyone to meet for dinner instead, at Marina Bay MRT station.
Which we did. Celeste (aka. me) and Eelin (aka. Baby) came late, since the former is genetically programmed to come half an hour after any meeting time. Yesh, I'm just handicapped!
Okay, so at Marina Bay, everyone started forking out funny ideas and we ended up making a detour to Taka for Seoul Garden, which turned out to be too crowded. And followed by Plaza Singapure for Pizza Hut, that thankfully, had seats for all of us (hallelujah!).
Unfortunately, due to a breakdown in communication, Ms. Lim ended up at Marina Bay and had to track us down to PS, where she finally found us waiting in line at Pizza Hut. By the time we got a seat, Germaine, Ling and Janelle had already left for various personal reasons.
Good news is, from dinner onwards, everything seemed to work out pretty well, with everyone getting high on coke and Celeste functioning as a local air-conditioner. Whatever. Meaning to say, we talked a lot of crap.
After dinner, we ended up sitting in front of the fountain at the Istana Park and just talking. Alot. And surprisingly, conversation never died once and we asked Ms. Lim all sorts of questions regarding her career choice and stuff.
Ms. Lim then had to leave to meet her significant other. The rest of us stayed for about another 30mins and disbanded after that. I couldn't find the bus stop! That was about 11.20+ I think.
Anyway, it was a memorable outing -- good or bad.
Take care everyone, back to mugging for chinese!
