It's dull having to wait for uploads. The progress bar never seems to move, the numbers change just a little bit and watching numbers change is boring! So anyway, all the pictures from last week are uploading into
Titu7's Shutterfly, so check them out later! Under the week 9 album.
As for the class CIP, like Ms. Lim said, we cannot afford to let this drag till next year, or we're going to be one student-initiated CIP short. Soo... here goes!
You all know your teams already, but I'll put it up here again anyway!

Now that's cleared up, on to what each team has to do. Like I said on Friday, just for this one time, there will be a bit of shifting about in duties to split up the work a bit better.
First things first, here's what we need for our proposal:
1. Outline of the game
2. Budget/costs and expected profit
3. Name of the charitable organisation we're donating to
4. List of committees and their roles
5. Basic details (eg. date, venue, time, scope - who's participating etc)
6. How are we going to fund everything?
7. Reasons, manageability and feasibility (uh oh)
We're on a tight deadline and considering the GP exams up ahead, let's try to complete this by wednesday, friday latest!
Admin/Planning1. Come up with the game details like rules, instructions and route roughly. We can make changes to these details later, so we don't need to fret too much!
2. Basic details like the date, time and venue
Resource Management1. Estimate our total costs, considering all the stuff that we might need to buy (e.g. trophies, certs of participation, goody bags). For the time being, I think it's easier if we just indicate what we might be able to get sponsorship in and it should be enough.
2. Come up with a budget
3. Find a list of charities that we can donate to. I don't really think you should call them up yet, because we need the school's endorsement before we can promise them money! Just need a list and reasons for why we chose these charities. Yup! Alex and Jean Lim can suggest some, ask them for help maybe.
4. Estimate our profit and where is it coming from (i.e. ticket sales). Also, I think you guys need to talk about some smaller sideliners (e.g. bake sales) to generate some funds we can use to pay for some stuff.
Design/Media1. Put together the proposal! Each team will give you the info that you need, like the budget part and the game outline. Take that info and put it in a format that's easy to read and appealing, please! Like maybe, an introduction, then the outline, then the budget, reasons, manageability, feasibility and the ending paragraph.
2. Sorry... But you got to do the reasons, manageability and feasibility part. Just crap something up, doesn't need to be too formal and just be honest!
CMC members, take care of your teams please! Get your teams together, organise meetings, whatever, it's your call! Oh yeah, I'll call one random CMC member in each team to talk in detail, so just check out to find out more.
Please try to finish everything asap; be cooperative and considerate towards your other classmates! Think about it, if you don't do your job, they can't do theirs and it wouldn't be fair if you forced them to work on thursday night before the GP exam. Right? Just keep that in mind.
Okay, I gtg chiong math. Take care everyone!
